Charles S. Marston
President
Charles S. Marston serves as President of the Nella Durinda Levenhagen Foundation.
Previous experience includes more than 60 years of Wealth Management at UBS Financial Services. A graduate of Denison University, he brings extensive experience in investment management and financial stewardship to the foundation.
Richard R. Hollington Jr.
Richard R. Hollington Jr. serves on the board of the Nella Durinda Levenhagen Foundation.
Previous experience includes 56 years practicing law, most recently with the law firm of BakerHostetler. He was very active in the banking business, serving as Chairman of the Ohio Bank and involved with Sky Financial (now Huntington), the Ohio Banking Commission, and the FDIC’s Commission on Banking Policy. He served two terms as a State Representative in the Ohio General Assembly, Mayor of Hunting Valley, and as Law Director of the City of Cleveland.
Florence Hollington Smith
Florence H. Smith serves as Secretary & Treasurer of the Nella Durinda Levenhagen Foundation.
She is the Associate Director of Advancement at University School and Campaign Director, Lead & Serve: The Campaign for University School. A graduate of Williams College and Case Western Reserve University School of Law, she previously practiced corporate law and has served on numerous nonprofit and civic boards.

Richard R. Hollington III
Richard R. Hollington III serves on the board of the Nella Durinda Levenhagen Foundation.
Richard is Chairman of CW Industrial Partners, a Cleveland-based private equity firm, and previously served in senior banking leadership roles. He also serves on the Board of Directors of University School, where he chairs the Nominating & Governance Committee.
